If you receive my newsletter (and if you don’t…why not? You can sign up from the link in the sidebar!), then you already know about this. For everyone else, I just want to let you know that I’ve decided to take my permanently free novels (Darkangel, Chosen, Bad Vibrations, and Dragon Rose) and put them back at their regular price of $2.99 each. I have a variety of reasons for taking this step, the main one being that they’ve been free for a very long time, and this is a way of freshening up those titles and possibly finding new audiences for them. They’ll remain free until the end of September, at which point I’ll adjust the prices. In general, Amazon tends to be kind of slow about taking a book that’s been free and putting it back to paid status, but even so, they probably won’t be free past the first week of October.
This isn’t to say I won’t ever make any of them free again. They’ll probably go free from time to time for a short period (a week or two at the most), but they will always go back to $2.99…and I honestly don’t have any plans to make any of them free for at least six months. However, all of them with the exception of Dragon Rose are also in free multi-author boxed sets, so you’ll still have a way to give those series a try with a free book.
